Delivery fee & time

All local & overseas orders will be given a tracking number.

Local orders are sent out via Smartpac.

For overseas shipping, we are using tracked mail (a tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped out) and do not have control over it. As much as we hope your parcels reach you safely, missing parcels might happen (which are out of our control!). Hence no refund will be provided. However, do reach out to us if it happens, we'll try to help as much as possible!

Singapore - $2.50 (2-4 working days)

Malaysia - $10 (7-15 working days)

Other South East Asian countries - $18 (11-20 working days)

All other countries - $23 (18-28 working days)

Currency

All items on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Bulk order

Looking to purchase for an event or intend to place a big order? We offer discounted prices for purchases of at least 10 pieces of a product. Reach out to us!

Custom products

We are glad to help you with your custom design needs! While some products are able to be customized at a low quantity, some others are only allowed if it's a bulk order. Reach out to us so we can discuss and understand your needs better!

Returns & Exchanges

We usually conduct quality checks of each and every one of our items to ensure that they are in good condition for selling. However, errors may bound to occur, and any exhange or refunds will be strictly by a case-by-case basis.
